Evenheat Kiln, Inc. Warranty

Evenheat Kiln, Inc. guarantees to the original purchaser that for two full years (one year for Evolution Series fiber lids) from the date of purchase, the kiln will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal operating conditions. Evenheat will repair or replace any defective part.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase date required.

  • Notify the dealer within 10 days of discovering the defect.

  • Make the kiln available for inspection.

Exclusions:

  • Freight damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or installation.

  • Kiln overfiring or operation on incorrect voltage.

  • Kiln furniture, ware, or any non-core kiln parts.

  • Use of kilns for reduction or salt firing.

Speedball Art Products Warranty

Speedball products come with a 2-, 5-, or 10-year warranty depending on the product. For example, Speedball pottery wheels have a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship under normal use.

To activate warranty:

Register your product within 30 days of purchase online or by phone.

Exclusions:

  • Damage from abuse, accident, or unauthorized repair.

  • Damage from natural disasters or misuse.

  • Damage exceeding the product cost.

Jen-Ken Kiln Warranty

Jen-Ken Kilns are warranted for 2 years (1 year for Chili Pepper kilns) against defects in materials and workmanship.

Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Notify dealer or Jen-Ken Kilns immediately upon defect discovery.

  • Kiln must be available for inspection.

Exclusions:

  • Freight damage, misuse, overfiring, or improper installation.

  • Kiln furniture and ware are not covered.

  • Kilns used for non-ceramic purposes.

Olympic Kilns Warranty

Olympic Kilns carry a 1 or 2-year warranty depending on the model, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • Overfiring or exceeding maximum temperature ratings.

  • Damage due to improper installation or use.

  • Kiln furniture and ware.

Paragon Kilns Warranty

Paragon Kilns warranties vary by model from 3 months to 2.5 years for kiln parts and controllers. Kilns and parts are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials.

Exclusions:

  • Overfiring, damage from abuse, freight damage, improper use, and unauthorized modifications.

  • Kiln furniture and ware.

  • Element burnout from contact with foreign materials.
